Your first dive
The centres in Vasiliki and Nidri run Discover Scuba programmes for first-timers, with a licensed instructor beside you the whole time. You need no experience, just to be able to swim.
Reefs and caves
The clear Ionian water reveals rocky reefs, tunnels and underwater caves full of life. You see octopuses, barracuda and shoals of silver fish a few metres from shore.
For certified divers
Those with a licence can choose deeper trips, towards wrecks and vertical walls. Equipment is included, and the good visibility makes Lefkada a pleasant place to dive all summer.
