I'm Ema, and Lefkada long ago stopped being just “the island where I go in summer”. I left the city and the routine behind and moved here, among bays of turquoise water, mountain roads and evenings that smell of the sea and of pine.
I've lived on the island all year round ever since. I know the beaches worth the detour, the tavernas that don't show up on the map and the hosts who open the door to you like a friend, not a client. That's what I do now: I choose, one by one, the homes and experiences I'd want for myself on holiday.

An island I know step by step
I live in Lefkada all year round, not just in season. I know the nameless bays, the taverna where the fish is caught in the morning and the road that skips the crowds. I only recommend places I've seen with my own eyes.

I don't list everything that comes along. Every villa and apartment on the site is checked by me: the morning light, the distance to the beach, the host behind it. If a place wouldn't delight me, it doesn't reach you.
